Science-backed Strategies
Better Sleep is possible for everyone.
Better sleep is possible, no matter what kind of challenges you're facing. Whether you’re dealing with a long-term sleep disorder like insomnia or struggling with occasional disruptions, I’m here to help. I take a science-based approach to understanding how sleep works and create strategies tailored to your unique needs and challenges. If you’ve been relying on sleep aids for years or just feel stuck in unhelpful sleep habits, we can work together to build healthier, more sustainable patterns. My goal is to make the science of sleep easy to understand and apply, so you can get the rest you need to thrive. You don’t have to navigate sleep struggles alone—lasting change is within reach.
additional Services
If you were referred by a healthcare provider, you can book individual sessions for personalized, one-on-one support. These sessions are flexible and tailored to address your specific sleep concerns at your own pace. A thorough sleep evaluation is necessary before individual sessions.
