Does this sound familiar?
You’re exhausted but can’t fall asleep.
You wake up in the middle of the night and can’t quiet your mind.
You’ve tried supplements, sleep trackers, podcasts, or countless online tips—but nothing seems to last.
You’re constantly thinking about sleep and how you’ll function tomorrow.
You dread bedtime because you’re afraid another sleepless night is coming.
You’re tired of feeling like you’ve tried everything.
Sleep shouldn’t feel like another full-time job.
If you’ve tried everything — from supplements and strict bedtime routines to sleep trackers and endless online advice— but still aren’t sleeping well, you’re not alone. And it doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
The truth is, lasting sleep doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from understanding what’s actually keeping you stuck.
As a board-certified behavioral sleep psychologist, I help people move beyond the guesswork with practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle. My job is to simplify the science, help you understand what’s happening, and guide you through a clear plan so you can stop worrying about sleep and start trusting your body again.

Why Patients Trust ThinkSleep
For years, I've helped people who felt exhausted, frustrated, and stuck finally stop fighting with sleep. My approach combines the latest sleep science with practical strategies that fit real life—so you can spend less time worrying about sleep and more time living your life.
As a board-certified behavioral sleep psychologist, I specialize in evidence-based treatment for insomnia and other sleep concerns. My training includes a clinical fellowship at the Stanford Sleep Medicine Center, and I've had the privilege of consulting with organizations including the FBI, military special operations providers, healthcare professionals, and leaders across a wide range of industries.
If you’ve been struggling with sleep for a long time, I know how discouraging it can feel. Many of the people I work with have tried everything they can think of before they find me. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching that frustration turn into confidence as they stop fearing bedtime, start trusting their body again, and realize that sleep doesn’t have to feel this hard.
Whether you've struggled for months or years, my goal is the same: to help you understand what's keeping you stuck, create a personalized plan, and give you the confidence to sleep well again.
